New Powerhouse Team Members

1. Eli McKnight – Alloy Franchise Business Coach

Reporting to: Matt Helland, Alloy VP Studio Operations

Alloy is proud to welcome Eli McKnight as a Franchise Business Coach. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Eli has evolved from a personal trainer to a leader in studio operations and performance development.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s in Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Corrective Exercise, and Athletic Development Management. This unique combination of business acumen and exercise science makes Eli a valuable asset to the Alloy team.

Eli is passionate about helping franchise owners and entrepreneurs build successful, sustainable fitness businesses. His mission aligns perfectly with Alloy’s purpose—to deliver measurable results backed by science and driven by community. Outside of work, Eli is a dedicated father of six children, including twins.

2. Tammi Brown – Alloy Franchise Business Coach

Reporting to: Matt Helland, Alloy VP Studio Operations

With a robust background in franchise coaching and operational excellence, Tammi Brown brings over a decade of experience to her role at Alloy. Her prior leadership at ShelfGenie, as both Franchise Business Coach and Corporate Market Manager, saw her turn underperforming markets into top performers, fueled by her data-driven strategies, accountability frameworks, and team development skills.

Tammi’s roots in athletic performance run deep, beginning her career as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for the NHL’s Philadelphia Flyers. Her foundation in exercise science continues to inform her structured, results-focused coaching style today.

Tammi joined Alloy to return to her fitness roots, combining her operational expertise with her lifelong passion for health and wellness. And yes—if there’s a karaoke mic around, you can bet Tammi’s grabbing it to belt out a tune!

3. Rosheika Strachan – Alloy Communications Coordinator

Reporting to: Chamberlynn Campuzano, Alloy VP Corporate Operations

Rosheika Strachan joins Alloy HQ as a Communications Coordinator with over 10 years of global experience in public and private sector communications. From Jamaica to London and New York, Rosheika’s career has spanned diverse cultures and industries, giving her a dynamic, strategic approach to storytelling and brand messaging.

Holding a Master of Science in Sports Management from the prestigious Loughborough University, she is well-versed in blending communication strategy with the needs of sports and wellness businesses.

Rosheika is passionate about amplifying Alloy’s science-based fitness philosophy and delivering messages that are clear, authentic, and aligned with our core values. Fun fact? While she once wrote a 10,000-word thesis on high-performance sport, her own athletic glory peaked in a high school egg-and-spoon race—where she proudly finished second to last.

Stronger Together

Please join us in giving a warm Alloy welcome to Eli, Tammi, and Rosheika. With their diverse talents and deep-rooted passion for health and fitness, they’ll be instrumental in supporting Alloy franchisees and elevating the brand as we continue to grow across the U.S. and beyond.
