Garrity says that the pandemic taught him and his team that is crucial for people to get in better shape to not only reduce the impact of diseases and viruses, but to extend the quality of their lives as well as the length of their lives. He credits his experience from both the performance training and business development sectors for his well-rounded understanding of what it takes to open and manage a personal training business.

“Knowing Rick and his extensive background in the industry and the immense amount of knowledge and data that he and the team bring to the business was a huge draw for us. The simplicity that they’ve built the business around makes it very attractive to build multiple locations and gives guys like me opportunities that I wish I had when I was coming up in the personal training industry!.”

Why Alloy Franchise

The Alloy Personal Training mission is to provide a straightforward, common-sense brand in an increasingly confusing and niche training and fitness industry. Specifically, we provide our franchisees and employees with an effective, proven, and tailored way to leverage the growth of what’s known as the “active aging” demographic – or people over 50.

Given that there are currently about 78 million Baby Boomers in America, one person turns 65 every ten seconds, and 35% of them exercise, this is a critically important demographic.

We provide an effective fitness platform and a focus on small-group personal training options that meet people where they are and help them meet their goals.

Benefits for Franchisees – For franchisors the benefits include a higher ROI per square foot, higher client retention rates, and even a effective pre-sale programs opening with a full clientele of 130 members.

Benefits for Clients – Clients benefit with small group personal training programs with 6 people that provide the personalization and motivation of one-on-one personal training session, but at a lower cost.

We use technology to inform our practices and drive actual results for our community, business owners, and clients.
